FieldDesk Production Media respects your privacy and collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries submitted through this website.

Information you submit

When you use the FieldDesk contact form, you may provide information such as your name, email address, company or organization, and the contents of your message.

Contact-form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Submissions are stored within FieldDesk’s Netlify account, and a copy may be delivered to hello@fielddeskpm.com so that FieldDesk can review and respond to the inquiry.

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, medical, financial, or legally privileged information through the general contact form.

How information is used

Information submitted through the website may be used to:

• Review and respond to inquiries
• Discuss potential projects, partnerships, services, or opportunities
• Maintain a record of previous communications
• Protect the website and prevent spam, abuse, or fraudulent submissions

FieldDesk does not sell personal information submitted through the website.

How long information is kept

Contact-form submissions are generally retained for up to 24 months after the most recent communication.

Information may be retained longer when an inquiry develops into an active project, professional relationship, contractual matter, or other ongoing business purpose. Information may also be retained when reasonably necessary to meet legal, accounting, security, or recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies, analytics and browser storage

FieldDesk does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking tools, or website analytics.

Fonts used by the website are self-hosted. Visiting FieldDesk does not require your browser to request font files from an outside font provider.

The Studio may use limited browser storage solely to remember that you have dismissed the website’s cookie and privacy notice. This storage is not used to build a profile, measure your activity across websites, or deliver advertising.

FieldDesk will update this policy before introducing analytics, advertising cookies, or other forms of visitor tracking.

External websites

The website may contain links to services or websites operated by other companies, including Amazon. FieldDesk does not control the privacy practices, cookies, tracking technologies, or content of those external websites.

Once you follow an external link, your activity is governed by that website’s own privacy policy and terms.

Requesting access or deletion

To ask about information you previously submitted, request a correction, or request deletion of a contact-form inquiry, email hello@fielddeskpm.com.

Please include enough information for FieldDesk to locate the original submission. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, contractual, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

Changes to this policy

FieldDesk may update this Privacy Policy when the website, its services, or its data practices change. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
